Kraut-Rock inspired music on Compost. Slightly different butstill a stunning outstanding album. Freestyle electronica, post-rock or dance-music Genf finds it’ s place between the chairs. They are from Cologne: Oliver Brand (drums and electronics), Olaf Karnik (guitar) and Jens Massel (electronics). They are often compared to Kreidler and Toirtoise. The British Wire magazine once made their album to the "Album Of The Month".

The album was recorded in Wilerswirst in the legendary Can studio (sound enginiering by René Tinner) with the assistense of ex-Supreme Machine bass-player Ralph Obermauer.The title-song of their album "Import/Export" (included on this remix-EP) is the best example for their "analog meets digital" sound..
