Kevin Moon, aka Moonstarr, first started producing music and DJing at the age of 17. He strives to push the boundaries of electronic music by defying any categories or genres. Citing influences such as Underground Resistance (Detroit Techno), DJ Premier (Hip Hop) and Banden Powell (Brazilian Bossa Nova), Moonstarr's sound keeps evolving and expanding. Compost included Moonstarr’s track "Dust” on Vol.9 of the Future Sound of Jazz compilation.

This 12” features new remixes of the "Dupont EP”, which came out on Public Transit. Besides a fantastic new Moonstarr remix of the track "Greed”, this 12” also contains a superb remix by Nu Era, which is Marc from 4 Hero under his ‘Detroit-ish’ pseudonym.
